SANA'A July 01. 2024 (Saba) - Caretaker Prime Minister Dr. Abdulaziz Saleh bin Habtoor, during his meeting today, Monday, with the Minister of Social Affairs and Labor, Obaid bin Dubei, was briefed on the latest developments related to the disbursement of social security amounts.

Minister Ben Dabie reviewed the efforts made by the Ministry and the results of communication with donors to provide the necessary amounts to resume the disbursement process to the beneficiaries of the unconditional emergency cash transfer project according to the previous stages, indicating that the results of the communication will be submitted to the Council of Ministers and the Supreme Political Council for information and guidance as necessary in this regard.

The meeting touched on the Ministry’s draft plan for the year 1446 AH, which covers the various tasks related to the Ministry and its affiliated administrative units, in the forefront is what is related to the national vision, continuing to enhance and develop the level of care for the various target segments in the activity of the Ministry , its affiliated agencies in cooperation and coordination with the relevant authorities.

The charitable people of society reviewed the level of implementation in the plan for the current year 1445 AH, and the achievements that have been achieved despite the scarcity of achievements.

Dr. Bin Habtoor praised the efforts made by the Ministry to resume the disbursement of social security benefits through the emergency cash transfer project, given the importance it represents to the beneficiaries in light of the current circumstance, noting the activities implemented by the Ministry and its affiliated agencies within the framework of its annual plan for the current year.
