SANA'A June 30. 2024 (Saba) - The Caretaker Minister of Foreign Affairs, Engineer Hisham Sharaf, met with the Resident Representative of the World Health Organization, Dr Arturo Pesigan.
In the meeting, Minister Sharaf praised the role of the World Health Organization in Sana'a in alleviating the repercussions of the humanitarian catastrophe created by the aggression coalition during the last period and still continuing.
He stressed that the organization's office enjoys the support of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and all relevant official institutions, as part of their commitment to supporting United Nations organizations, agencies and programmes.
For his part, Dr Pesigan pointed out the importance of humanitarian work and confronting the humanitarian catastrophe in Yemen
