SANA'A June 26. 2024 (Saba) - Minister of Foreign Affairs of the caretaker government Hisham Sharaf on Wednesday sent a cable of congratulations to his counterpart Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Djibouti Mahmoud Ali Youssef.
