MOSCOW June 11. 2024 (Saba) - The Russian Defense Ministry announced on Tuesday that its forces had taken control of the towns of Artyumovka in the Lugansk region and Timkovka in the Kharkiv region in eastern Ukraine.
The ministry said in a statement that Russian forces managed to take control of the towns of Artyumovka and Timkovka, in addition to destroying the units of the Third Storming Brigade, the fourteenth and twenty-eighth mechanized brigades, of the Ukrainian forces in the Kobyansk Vikharkiv and Nevsky regions of Lugansk.
The Ukrainian army lost more than 560 soldiers killed and wounded, five vehicles, four cannons of different models, two electronic warfare stations, in addition to the destruction of two artillery ammunition depots.
