SANA'A June 11. 2024 (Saba) - The National Center of Meteorology and Early Warning expects scattered rain to fall in a number of provinces during the next 72 hours.
The center stated in its weather bulletin, a copy of which was received by the Yemeni News Agency (Saba), that scattered rain, sometimes accompanied by thunder, is expected in Ibb, Taiz and Al-Dhale' provinces and limited areas of the provinces of Lahj, Raymah, Dhamar, Al-Mahwit and Hajjah.
According to the center, the rain may extend eastward to parts of the interior plateaus of the provinces of Abyan, Shabwa, Hadramaut, and Al-Mahra.
It warned citizens in areas where rain is expected to fall in the depths of valleys , flood paths during and after the rain.
