MOSCOW June 8 . 2024 (Saba) - The World today is witnessing real race between states to boost their sovereignty, the Russian president said on Friday, noting that the race is based on three levels; state, cultural value, and economy.

States, once led the international development list, are today trying to exert every effort, with every available means, to maintain their dominance that began disappearing, he said.
