GAZA June 02. 2024 (Saba) - The Emergency Committee of Municipalities in northern Gaza announced on Sunday that the Zionist enemy destroyed 50,000 housing units and bulldozed sewage networks and the streets of most municipalities in the northern Gaza Strip.
According to the Ma'an news agency, the head of the committee, Naji Sarhan, announced that Jabalia and Beit Hanoun are two areas affected by the continuous Zionist bombardment, calling on the United Nations and international organizations to intervene urgently and immediately.
Sarhan pointed out that 35 water wells, schools and UNRWA facilities were destroyed, adding that there is an imminent famine threatening the northern Gaza Strip.
On Friday, the enemy army withdrew from the northern Gaza Strip after a 20-day operation, leaving unprecedented destruction, especially in the Jabalya camp.
