SANA'A May 13. 2024 (Saba) - The First Undersecretary of the Capital Municipality, Khaled Al-Madani, inspected today,Monday, the progress of summer course activities at Al-Tabari Model School “Boarding House” in the Old Sana’a District.
During the visit, the civil undersecretary held a meeting with the educational staff at the school, in the presence of the directorate’s mobilization official, Rizq Al-Gharara, and the educational district director, Ali Al-Mahfadi, during which the performance , the extent of students’ interaction and benefit from the courses were discussed.
In addition, the Environmental Awareness Center in the Cleanliness and Improvement Fund in the Municipality, in cooperation with the Youth and Sports Office in the Municipality, launched the environmental awareness program at the Al-Tabari Model Summer School in Old Sana'a District, as part of the summer course activities.
The program, which targets summer school students in a number of directorates, includes lectures and flash presentations; to preserve the environment.
The directors of the Youth, Sports and Media Offices in the secretariat, Abdullah Obaid and Abdullah Al-Fayq, the Awareness Center, Sharaf Al-Hamzi, and the Mobilization Officer in the Directorate, Rizq Al-Gharara, stressed the importance of instilling positive values and behaviors in the hearts of students, and activating their contributions to spreading environmental awareness among society.
They pointed to the diversity of summer course activities and programs that students receive in various fields. To enhance their cultural , practical awareness , develop their skills and talents
