RAFAH May 12. 2024 (Saba) - On Sunday, the Zionist enemy army blew up the rest of Gaza International Airport in the city of Rafah in the southern Gaza Strip, as part of its military operations that it began and then expanded.
According to the Palestinian Information Center, videos circulating on social media platforms showed the blowup, which was apparently carried out by planting explosives inside its main building and then detonating them.
The airport opened in 1998 after negotiations with the Zionist enemy, but ceased operations in December 2001 after the Israeli army severely damaged its building and runway.
