SANA'A May 11. 2024 (Saba) - Caretaker Prime Minister Dr. Abdulaziz Saleh bin Habtoor sent a cable of congratulations to the Prime Minister of the Russian Federation, Dr. Mikhail Mishustin, on the occasion of his reappointment as head of the Russian government.
In the cable, Dr. Bin Habtoor expressed his sincere congratulations to Dr. Mishustin on his reappointment for a second term to head the Russian government, pointing out that his reappointment is a testimony to the success of his first six-year term and the importance of his hoped-for role in the second term.
He explained that "what our world is going through today from a tectonic phase that paves the way for a radical change necessitates making fateful decisions today, which we are confident that you are from your position and experience in the right place in history."
"We take this congratulations to congratulate the success of your historic ceremony on May 9 on the anniversary of the Russian victory over the first Nazi, and to emphasize the depth of historical relations between the two friendly countries and peoples, hoping that the work of your friendly embassy will return to work from Sana'a in the near future," he said.
At the end of the cable, he wished the work of the Eurasian Economic Union and Russia's distinguished presidency of the BRICS 2024 session in October success and moving forward in a way that consolidates the principle of the sovereignty of states and peoples, and in order to achieve Palestine's victory and its right usurped by the Anglo-Zionist enemy entity for more than a hundred years.
