SANA'A, May 09. 2024 (Saba) - Undersecretary of the Ministry of Oil and Minerals Nasser al-Ajji chaired a meeting to discuss the activities of the Committee for Streamlining Procedures, Developing Services, and Code of Conduct within the ministry.
During the meeting, al-Ajji received an overview from committee members regarding performance levels, workflow, mechanisms for service development, and ongoing efforts to process public documents efficiently. Additionally, updates were provided on initiatives aimed at modernizing citizen document processing and establishing online links with public administrations. Furthermore, progress in public service enhancement, complaints management, and system modernization was reviewed.
The meeting also examined the work plans devised to ensure the committee's tasks are executed effectively and in accordance with established standards and methodologies.
Al-Ajji commended the committee's accomplishments within the ministry and urged for continued efforts to fulfill assigned tasks, aligning with the ministry's plans and programs for advancing the oil and minerals sector."
