SANA'A May 08. 2024 (Saba) - al-Quds Model Center for Summer Courses and Activities in al-Thawra district in the capital Sana'a in cooperation with the Department of Jihadi Culture has organized a cultural evening event under the slogan "Science and Jihad" in conjunction with the anniversary of al-Sarkha.
Director of the Department of Personnel Affairs at the Ministry of Defense Brig. Gen. Hussein al-Wazir pointed out the importance of summer courses in immunizing students and young people from false cultures.
Al-Wazir said that teaching the Holy Quran is the key to knowledge in all fields, urging parents to follow up their children in the summer courses, which contributes to providing them with useful knowledge.
Cultural activist Ahmed Hajar pointed out that the anniversary of al-Sarkha launched by martyr Commander Hussein Badr al-Din al-Houthi in the face of American arrogance in 2002 coincides with the summer courses and activities.
Hajar pointed out that al-Sarkha brought about a change in reality in light of the Arab and Islamic silence and united the resistance in several Arab countries to support the resistance in Palestine.
He said that the Yemeni people, under the leadership of Abdulmalik al-Houthi, have become a difficult figure, supporting the Palestinian cause and imposing direct confrontation with the American, British and Zionist enemy in the Red and Arab seas and the Indian Ocean.
