SANA'A May 07. 2024 (Saba) - The General Administration for Women’s Development in the capital secretariat, today, organized a cultural event on the anniversary of Alsarkha against the arrogant for the year 1445 - 2024.
At the event, the Director of the Directorate Affairs Department, Shams Al-Hoor Al-Khashab, spoke about the first beginnings of the slogan launched by the martyr leader, Mr. Hussein Badr Al-Din Al-Houthi, more than twenty years ago in the hall of the Imam Al-Hadi School at the top of Maran Mountains.
It explained the reasons that prompted the martyr leader to launch the slogan “Alsarkha” after the events of September 11 and the American invasion of Iraq and Afghanistan under the pretext of combating terrorism.
While the Director of the Awareness and Media Department, Safia Al-Mutawakel, indicated that the martyr leader felt the importance of disavowing the enemies of Allah as a religious duty emphasized in the Holy Qur’an, pointing out that every Muslim must shout the slogan to define his position rejecting the American and Zionist policies that seek to dominate peoples, plunder their wealth and deprive them of their rights, its sovereignty, especially the Arab and Islamic countries.
It touched on the great effects the slogan had that transformed the course of political life in Yemen from a state of submission to empowerment in decision-making, freedom from foreign tutelage, American hegemony and Jewish control over the fate of the people.
The event included an operetta and an expressive artistic sketch.
