
SANA'A May 07. 2024 (Saba) - The Minister of Oil and Minerals in the caretaker government, Ahmed Daris, today inspected the workflow of the Public Service Department and receiving complaints in the ministry.
Minister Daris was briefed on the procedures for receiving and deciding on citizens’ transactions, as well as the mechanism for receiving complaints.
The Minister of Oil, accompanied by the Undersecretary of the Ministry, Nasser Al-Ajji, listened to clarification from specialists about the mechanisms for implementing tasks in the Public Service Department, and the efforts made to complete transactions related to the public, in addition to updating programs related to visitors and their transactions and linking them online to public administrations... directing quickly to complete the automation of work in order to serve the completion of citizens transactions.
He urged the ministry's cadres to exert more efforts and work in a team spirit to accomplish the tasks and work assigned to them in a way that serves the ministry's plans and programs to advance the oil sector.
Minister Daris pointed out the importance of developing the work mechanism for managing public service and receiving complaints in accordance with the strategy of the ministry and its affiliated units and based on the executive plan of the national vision.
He stressed the keenness to provide support and facilities to the various units affiliated with the Ministry to enable them to carry out their tasks in the required manner, praising the efforts made in completing the tasks and work.
Daris pointed out the importance of the role of the Public Service Department in strengthening institutional work, stressing the ministry’s keenness to implement the directives of the revolutionary leadership and the head of the Supreme Political Council regarding dealing with complaints, addressing all problems, and working to simplify procedures and develop services.
