AL-MAHWIT May 07. 2024 (Saba) - The people of Al-Mahwit District, today, provided a food convoy in support of the students of the summer courses at Imam Ali Model School “boarding house” in the city.
During the presentation of the convoy, the governorate’s undersecretaries for development affairs, Muhammad Al-Nuwaira and Hussein Arkad, considered the convoy a good initiative that reflects interest and a sense of responsibility for the success of the summer courses, and support and encouragement for the school’s students, those in charge of it, and educational staff, in a way that contributes to strengthening its role in protecting young people from false cultures and misleading ideas.
They urged concerted efforts and the participation of all official and community bodies in supporting the summer courses held in the directorate.
The convoy presentation was attended by the Director of the Office of the General Authority for Endowments, Abdullah Shayem, and Ali Al-Shahdi, Director of Community Initiatives.
