
SANA'A May 07. 2024 (Saba) - The First Undersecretary of the Capital Municipality, Khaled Al-Madani, inspected the progress of summer course activities at Imam Al-Mutaqeen Model School in Al-Wahda District.
The civil prosecutor, along with him and the Director of the Directorate, Sami Humaid, a number of members of the Central Security Forces, local , executive leaders, and social figures, listened from the school director to an explanation of the religious, cultural, sports activities and programs provided to the students, whose number exceeded 400 students, as well as the efforts made to hold these courses.
During the visit, Madani Undersecretary stressed the importance of summer courses in raising generations with the correct Qur’anic upbringing, consolidating awareness and faith identity, developing their knowledge , skills, and refining their various talents.
He urged the students to be diligent, persevere, invest time and effort to expand their religious, scientific, cultural, sports, and skill understanding, which are presented within the summer activities.
The First Undersecretary of the Secretariat appreciated the efforts made by those working in the summer schools to provide students with religious and worldly knowledge and sciences that will benefit society and protect its members from false ideas and cultures aimed at corrupting Islamic societies.
He pointed out the duty and responsibility placed on parents in raising their children, which requires enrolling them in summer courses to benefit from its activities in various fields and to protect them from soft war.
While Humaid stressed the importance of concerted efforts and effective contribution to supporting and making summer activities and courses successful, which contributes to developing the capabilities and knowledge of those enrolled, arming them with the culture of the Holy Qur’an, and protecting them from false cultures.
