HAJJAH May 07. 2024 (Saba) - The Subcommittee for Summer Courses in Hajjah province launched today,Tuesday, sports activities and a football tournament.
During the inauguration, the Director of the Education Office in Al-Qutayb province, pointed out the importance of sports activities as an integral part of purposeful summer activities that enhance the creative abilities and talents of young people.
He pointed out that the launch of sports activities comes within the programs and plan of summer courses that aim to build , qualify young people , develop their talents , physical and sports skills.
In turn, the Director General of the Youth and Sports Office, Murad Chali, stressed the keenness to invest in the energies of young people, develop their abilities educationally, culturally, athletically, and discover talents in all fields.
He pointed out the importance of sporting activities in creating a spirit of competition in the sporting field among students and investing their time with benefit.
In the opening match, which was attended by the Director of the Province Center Directorate, Engineer Issam Al-Wazzan, the Great Messenger School team defeated the Martyr Leader School team with two clean goals.
