SANA'A May 07. 2024 (Saba) - A course for qualifying and building the capabilities of leaders of development associations from administrative bodies in the isolation of the directorates of the southern sector of the province was concluded today, Tuesday, in Sana’a province, with funding from the Agricultural , Fisheries Projects and Initiatives Financing Unit in the province.
The course, which was organized by the Office of Social Affairs and Labor, in partnership with the Bonyan Development Foundation, over a period of ten days, with the participation of 49 trainees, aimed to raise the capabilities of the administrative bodies of associations in the sector, and to provide them with skills and knowledge in the field of management, planning, direction, evaluation, and the financial system, in accordance with the development work methodology. .
In turn, the province’s advisor, Abdullah Al-Marouni, pointed out the importance of absorbing the science and knowledge that was taken in the course and reflecting it on the ground according to a clear , specific plan and timetable, to reach the exemplary level, according to the leadership’s directives.
He pointed out the importance of activating the role of cooperative and development societies to achieve a real development renaissance, remove all obstacles, and strive with all capabilities to develop work.
The closing was attended by the directors of the offices of the Zakat Authority, Abdul Wahab Al-Thaif, the Endowments Authority, Abdullah Amer, Social Affairs, Majid Al-Ghaili, Research and Training, Ali Zaid, Neighborhood Affairs, Ahmed Rajeh, Bilad Al-Rus Directorate, Saleh Naji, and a number of officials.
