SANA'A May 06. 2024 (Saba) - Supreme Authority for the High Authority for Tender Control (HATC) has given government agencies that did not provide the Authority with procurement reports for the year 2023 and procurement plans for the year 2024, five days to provide them with reports and plans.
The Authority confirmed that it will take legal measures against those who did not comply with submitting their procurement reports and plans on time, by referring them to the Public Prosecution based on Article (53) of the Tenders and Auctions Law and its executive regulations.
The Authority praised the entities that committed to submitting their procurement reports and plans to the Authority based on Circular No. (1) of 2024, addressed to all government agencies covered by the Tender Law.
