Launching of high school exams in Al Bayda Governorate

Al-BAYDA April 27. 2024 (Saba) - the Governor of Al-Bayda on Saturday, Abdullah Idris, inaugurated the high school exams in the governorate for the year 1445.

During the inauguration at the centers of Al-Aqel Complex and Al-Thawra Schools for Boys and Girls in Al-Bayda City, and Saleh Ali Center in Al-Bayda District, Governor Idris and the Governorate’s Undersecretary for Administrative Units, Abdullah Al-Jamali, listened to an explanation from the heads of the centers about the level of preparation and creating the appropriate atmosphere for students to take the exams.

The Governor of Al-Bayda praised the level of discipline in the examination centers and halls and the provision of an appropriate atmosphere for male and female students, enabling them to take the examinations with ease.

Conducting the tests was considered a message of the Yemeni people’s progress in the process of construction and development despite the aggression’s targeting of schools and its efforts to disrupt the educational process.

In turn, the Director of the Governorate’s Education Office, Sarhan Sawad, praised the steadfastness of the educational sector and its role in continuing the educational process and overcoming difficulties. He urged everyone to make more efforts to make the tests successful.

Meanwhile, the Director of the Examinations Department at the Education Office, Saleh Al-Qashmari, explained that the high school exams, in both the scientific and literary sections, were taken by three thousand and 974 male and female students distributed among 40 centers in the governorate’s directorates.

They were accompanied by the Deputy Director of Governorate Security, Brigadier General Abdul Hakim Al-Hansari, the Secretary-General of the Local Council in Al-Bayda City, Sadiq Al-Qadi, and executive and educational leaders.
