AMRAN April 23. 2024 (Saba) - A meeting of the justice system in Amran province discussed today,Tuesday, the efforts made to consolidate justice and develop judicial performance at the level of the Court of Appeal and the Courts of First Instance.
The meeting, which included the Governor of the province, Dr. Faisal Jaman, the heads of the Court and Prosecution of Appeal in the province, Judge Muhammad Al-Shami, and Judge Abdul-Bari Al-Wazir, touched on the system’s plan for the last quarter of the year 1445 AH and what was accomplished during the past period of the current year.
The meeting stressed the importance of the role of the security services in implementing judicial decisions and rulings in a way that serves the most important desired goals of the judiciary and the justice system.
The meeting, in the presence of province Undersecretary Abdul Ghani Al-Burushi, and Director of province Security, Brigadier General Nayef Abu Kharfsha, focused on aspects of coordination between the judiciary, security agencies, and judicial control agencies.
