GAZA April 18. 2024 (Saba) -Toll of the Zionist offensive on Gaza has topped 33,970 martyrs and 76,770 injuries since 7 October 2023, the Palestinian health ministry in Gaza said on Thursday.
Enemy forces committed seven massacres against households in the last 24 hours, the ministry added in daily report carried by the Palestinian media center, as 56 martyrs and 89 wounded arrived hospitals.
The Zionist army deliberately committed carnages and direct executions against medics and patients in Shefa'a Medial Compound, spokesman for the ministry said.
Gaza health system lost medical specialists who once served as backbone for the medical services, Dr. Ashraf al-Qudra added, as over 730,000 people in Gaza and North Gaza are now living without real healthcare.
