Cultural symposium in capital secretariat on National Day of Resilience & Battle of Badr

SANA'A March 27. 2024 (Saba) - The General Administration for Women's Development in the capital secretariat organized today,Wednesday, a cultural symposium on the ninth anniversary of the National Day of Resilience, the anniversary of the Great Battle of Badr, and the International Day of Quds.

The symposium reviewed three working papers, the first of which was presented by cultural activist Amat al-Quddus al-Shar’i, the ninth anniversary of the National Day of Resilience, indicating that on this day America and Israel took a decision to exterminate the Yemeni people, and the first raids of the aggression targeted a residential neighborhood in the capital’s secretariat, killing a number of women and children.

While the second paper, presented by cultural activist Wafaa Al-Hassani, touched on the Great Battle of Badr and the lessons learned from it, as it is one of the greatest battles separating Islam from disbelief.

While the third paper presented by cultural activist Amat Al-Khaleq Al-Amdi focused on the importance of commemorating International Quds Day to remind the world of the horrific crimes that happened to the Palestinians , their land in the modern era and to educate people about the dangers of the Zionist aggression against the holy sites, most notably Al-Aqsa Al-Sharif.

It praised the role of the Yemeni people, led by the revolution leader , Sayyed Abdul-Malik Al-Houthi, in supporting , providing military support to the brothers in Gaza , the valiant Palestinian resistance in the battle of the promised conquest and holy jihad.
