RAMALLAH March 24. 2024 (Saba) - The Zionist enemy forces have arrested at least 15 Palestinian citizens from the West Bank, including members of the family of the martyr Mujahid Barakat, in addition to former detainees.
The Palestinian Authority for Prisoners' and Ex-Prisoners' Affairs and the Prisoners' Club reported that the arrests were distributed among the governorates of Hebron, Ramallah, Bethlehem, Tubas, Nablus, and occupied al-Quds, according to Wafa agency.
The Zionist enemy forces continue to carry out widespread raids and torture during arrest campaigns, accompanied by severe beatings and threats against detainees and their families, in addition to widespread sabotage and destruction of citizens’ homes.
Thus, the total number of arrests after October 7 rose to about (7,740), and this total includes those who were arrested from homes, through military checkpoints, those who were forced to surrender themselves under pressure, and those who were held hostage.
It is noteworthy that the data related to arrest cases includes those who were kept in detention by the occupation, or those who were later released.
