
HODEIDA Jan 22. 2024 (Saba) - The Al-Marawi’a district in Hodeida province launched on Monday the second phase of an awareness campaign to boycott American and Israeli goods, under the slogan “Boycott is an effective weapon.”
During the inauguration, the Director of the Directorate, Abdullah Al-Marwni, pointed out the importance of the awareness campaign to boycott American-Israeli goods and products, as they are among the most important weapons that negatively affect the American and Zionist economy.
He considered purchasing American-Israeli products a participation in the killing of innocent children and women in Palestine, stressing the interaction with the campaign to support the Palestinian people.
While the Secretary-General of the District’s Local Council, Qasim Shidli, called for concerted official and community efforts to raise awareness of the importance of the boycott, its economic feasibility, and its impact as a means of deterring the American and Israeli enemy.
For his part, the Director of the Office of Industry and Trade in the Directorate, Abdul Rahman Halabi, explained that the campaign includes comprehensive awareness to inform society of the types of American-Israeli products that must be boycotted, calling on merchants to avoid providing them in their stores.
