SANA'A December 01. 2023 (Saba) - The Governor of Shabwa confirmed that Independence Day, November 30, was a Yemeni epic that embodied the pride of the Yemenis and their rejection of occupation, guardianship, and all forms of submission.
The governor pointed out in a statement to (Saba), that celebrating the 30th anniversary of November and the evacuation of the last British soldier from the south of the country carries revolutionary symbolism and still a struggle goal that all free people have come together to achieve.
He stressed the need to draw inspiration from that revolutionary spirit in the face of the new occupiers to expel them from the south of the country in victory for the sacrifices of the martyrs.
The Governor of Shabwa said that the Yemeni people, with their great revolutions, presented a lesson to all peoples seeking freedom, that there is no salvation for peoples except by moving against the oppressors and the corrupt.
