Al-Qassam announces killing of seven of its detainees, including three foreigners, in Jabalia massacre
[01/ November/2023]

GAZA November 01. 2023 (Saba) - Al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of the Islamic Resistance Movement "Hamas", announced on Wednesday, the killing of seven of its civilian detainees, in the Jabalia massacre yesterday.

The Palestinian Information Center quoted the Phalange, in a military report, as saying: Among the dead were three holders of foreign passports.

The Zionist enemy forces bombed a residential community in the Jabalia camp with six American bombs, completely destroying it on the heads of its residents, resulting in 400 martyrs and wounded, with missing persons under the rubble.

The revelation of these dead comes a day after Abu Ubaida, spokesman for the Al-Qassam Brigades, announced that some countries had intervened through mediators to free some detainees of some foreign nationalities, and that the Brigades would release a number of foreigners in the coming days, in line with its unwillingness to keep them or their continued detention in Gaza.

A member of the political leadership of the Hamas movement, Ghazi Hamad, said: The Zionist enemy forces are not concerned with the safety of the prisoners in Gaza, regardless of their nationalities.

Hamad added in televised statements: The movement has expressed its readiness to release foreign prisoners, but the Zionist enemy is obstructing that. He stressed that the steps implemented by Hamas prove that it is “a humanitarian movement that respects the freedom and safety of people.”

He stressed that the priority at the current stage is to "stop the Zionist aggression, mass killing, and massacres."

It is worth mentioning that the Al-Qassam Brigades previously said: The detainees who were found to be foreigners are guests of the Palestinian people, and the same applies to them, and they will be released when appropriate security conditions are available.

The Al-Qassam Brigades had previously announced the killing of about 50 enemy prisoners held by them, while the Al-Quds Brigades also announced the killing of a number of its detainees as a result of the barbaric Zionist bombing.
