Dugin says events in Dagestan show boiling feelings of Islamic world over war on Gaza
[30/ October/2023]
MOSCOW October 30. 2023 (Saba) - Russian thinker Alexander Dugin has commented on the demonstrations that broke out in the city of Makhachkala, the capital of the Republic of Dagestan, which enjoys semi-autonomous rule within the Russian Federation against the backdrop of the war on Gaza, after a plane coming from “Tel Aviv” landed at the city’s airport.

Al-Mayadeen channel quoted thinker Dugin as saying “The events in Dagestan show the extent of feelings in the Islamic world, which are boiling as they watch the events in Palestine.”

He added "Two billion Muslims, in fact, are entering into a system of hatred towards Israel and the West, which supports it unilaterally and unconditionally."

Dugin referred to the video that spread on social networking sites of Hezbollah Secretary General Hassan Nasrallah, in which he appeared for a few seconds without speaking... saying: “The whole world is now discussing the video, as anything could become a reason for an unjust escalation.” It is irreversible and cannot be controlled.”

Earlier, Dugin said, "The forces of the Islamic world that still dream of mediation and normalization of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict are traitors to Islam and humanity."

He added "The Islamic world needs unity and solidarity, not the palliatives that have already undermined Islamic unity."

Dugin stressed that the Islamic world must "remain strong and form a pole in the new multipolar world," calling on it to participate in "destroying Western hegemony once and for all."
