Supreme Politician: We are closely monitoring situation & will not stand idly by regarding genocidal war in Gaza

SANA'A October 25.2023 (Saba)-His Excellency Field Marshal Mahdi Al-Mashat, Head of the Supreme Political Council, briefed today, Wednesday, the members of the Council on the latest developments regarding the political efforts made regarding the negotiations with Riyadh.

In the meeting held this morning under the chairmanship of the President of the Supreme Political Council, a number of reports and ideas were reviewed regarding radical change and existing efforts regarding institutional structures, the government of competencies, the nature of its formation, and work to achieve the people’s ambition to reform, build and develop state institutions.

The meeting renewed its thanks and praise for the caretaker government led by Dr. Abdulaziz bin Habtoor, which continues to manage public affairs with all responsibility and sincerity.

The meeting reviewed the latest developments in occupied Palestine, and stressed that the heinous crimes and genocidal massacres committed by the Zionist enemy against the Palestinians, and what Gaza Strip is being subjected to with Western American support, reveal to all the world the ugly and brutal face of America, Israel, and the Western countries that have been stripped of all humanity, condemning the line of regimes. The Arabic and Islamic printing press that supports the Zionist entity and its massacres against the Palestinians.

It renewed the firm and principled position of the Republic of Yemen in support of the Palestinian cause, the Palestinians, and the Islamic resistance movements, stressing that crossing the red lines requires Yemen to carry out its religious and principled duty in this regard.

It also stressed that Sana'a is closely monitoring the situation and will not stand idly by in the genocidal war against our people in Gaza.

The Council praised the two million Yemeni people’s outing in the capital, Sana’a, and the provincial capitals to support the Palestinians and Al-Aqsa, and the formation of a higher committee to support Al-Aqsa and organize the donations process.

The Council called on all Arab and Islamic countries to unite and take the correct position regarding the heinous crimes committed by the brutal Zionist entity in Gaza Strip, to support the Palestinians with weapons, money ,positions, to consolidate the state of discontent and hostility towards the nation’s enemies, both Jews and Americans, in its media and school curricula.

The Council praised the Arab and Islamic peoples who came out and expressed their solidarity with the Palestinians and the crimes of genocide that Gaza Strip is being subjected to.

In addition, the Supreme Political Council stood in front of what the eastern province were exposed to as a result of the severe hurricane storm (Tej) that reached Al-Mahra province, which caused severe damage to citizens and their property, and held the aggression countries, their mercenaries fully responsible for any negligence and their failure to take safety measures despite their prior knowledge of the hurricane.
