GENEVA October 14.2023 (Saba) - The International Committee of the Red Cross confirmed that the demand of the Zionist occupation entity to displace Palestinian citizens from the Gaza Strip does not comply with international humanitarian law.
The committee explained, in a statement today, Saturday, reported by the Palestinian News Agency, Wafa, that due to the continuation of the Zionist military siege, humanitarian organizations, including the International Committee of the Red Cross, will not be able to provide assistance to the Palestinians, noting that the needs of the Palestinians in Gaza are very great, and must Humanitarian organizations are able to increase relief operations.
The United Nations Human Rights Office had previously expressed its rejection of what the Zionist occupation authorities announced regarding the necessity of moving all Palestinian citizens north of the Gaza Valley to the south of the Gaza Strip.
Yesterday, United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres warned of a "humanitarian catastrophe" in the Gaza Strip after the Zionist enemy forces asked more than a million Palestinians in the Strip to leave their homes to the south.
