SANA'A October 08. 2023 (Saba) –The Islamic Resistance Movement "Hamas" launched Operation "Al-Aqsa Flood" with five thousand rockets and shells against the usurping Zionist enemy entity, while groups of forces affiliated with the movement's military wing succeeded in entering the settlements with their vehicles.
Footage and video scenes documented the moment one of the paratroopers entered the Zionist settlements on the border with Gaza, and other scenes of vehicles reinforced with soldiers belonging to the Hamas movement, inside the settlements.
In addition, scenes were circulated documenting the entry of a Hamas boat into the Gaza Sea.
The Zionist enemy army announced the sounding of sirens in the occupied territories of 1984 AD, following the launching of rockets from Gaza. Sirens also sounded in Tel Aviv, Rehovot, Rishon Lezion, and the Palmachim air base south of Tel Aviv, according to the Palestinian Sawa Agency.
This comes after the Palestinian resistance in the Gaza Strip fired thousands of rockets towards the occupied territories and settlements.
The Zionist enemy acknowledged that Hamas had fired about 3,000 rockets from the Gaza Strip towards the territories of 48 since the start of Operation “Al-Aqsa Flood” at dawn on Saturday.
The Zionist enemy army said on Saturday evening, in a statement: The Hamas movement fired more than 3,000 rockets, while the movement’s members penetrated more than 20 Zionist settlements.
According to enemy media, the death toll of the Zionists rose to 350, while the number of wounded reached more than 1,700, including 290 in critical condition, since the beginning of Operation “Al-Aqsa Flood,” which Hamas announced yesterday, Saturday.
The enemy's media reported that rocket salvoes were fired from the Gaza Strip at the city of Tel Aviv, amidst a large number of casualties. The Zionist Channel 13 stated that the cities and towns of Rishon, Letisyon, Bat Yam, and their environs, and Beit Dagan and Yavneh in the city of Tel Aviv were bombed, and there were reports of casualties. One of them is in serious condition.
Benjamin Netanyahu held an emergency session of the government of the Zionist enemy to discuss the sudden strike that confused the occupying entity and astonished the world, which was launched by the Hamas movement against the usurping entity.
The Hamas movement launched a large-scale infiltration operation towards the Zionist settlements in the so-called “Gaza envelope” through four axes, during which it took control of a number of settlements.
Muhammad al-Deif, Commander-in-Chief of the Izz al-Din al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of the Hamas movement, announced the start of Operation “Al-Aqsa Flood” to put an end to “Zionist violations,” while the Palestinian Ministry of Health announced in the latest toll that more than 260 martyrs had risen and more than 1,697 others had been injured since. Following the operation, the Zionist enemy called up its reserve soldiers in a large number of units, and the enemy army acknowledged the killing of the commander of the “Nahal” Brigade in a confrontation with a Palestinian fighter near (Karem Abu Salem).
The enemy army said in a statement: The commander of the Nahal Brigade, Lieutenant Colonel Yonatan Steinberg, was killed in a confrontation with one of the militants near Kerem Shalom.
The "Nahal" Brigade is one of the so-called "Elite" brigades in the Zionist enemy army, which is an infantry battalion.
The Hamas movement succeeded in capturing an unknown number of Zionists, including soldiers and officers, and returning them to the Gaza Strip.
The Palestinian street rejoiced at the military operation, and the Palestinians described the “Al-Aqsa Flood” operation as a “victory for the resistance.”
Analysts believe that the "Al-Aqsa Flood" operation tore apart a map that the Zionist enemy had been drawing for 70 years.
They also see that the “Al-Aqsa Flood” is a complex military and strategic operation, at the intelligence and security levels, and the facts on the ground confirm that it is an operation with a valid effect that continues to go deeper and wider, and will not end there and give terrifying indicators to the usurping entity.
Observers confirm that for the first time, the Palestinian resistance has moved the confrontation ground from inside Gaza to inside the occupied settlements, especially the Zionist operations rooms from which the aggression operations against the Palestinian people were managed.
