Taiz September 29. 2023 (Saba) -The Information Office in Taiz Governorate strongly condemned the arbitrary and unfair decision taken by YouTube to delete and remove the office’s channel from its platform without any justification.
In a statement, a copy of which was received by the Yemeni News Agency (Saba), the office considered this decision a blatant assault on freedom of expression, media and communication guaranteed by international and humanitarian charters and agreements.
It pointed to the important role of the Information Office channel in conveying facts and events in Taiz Governorate and Yemen in general.
The statement stated that the channel was attracting great interest and follow-up by viewers inside and outside Yemen, and was receiving interaction and praise from those interested in Yemeni affairs.
