Sheikh Bakirat: Blowing trumpet at Al-Aqsa beginning of alleged structure construction project
[17/ September/2023]

OCCUPIED Al-QUDS September 17. 2023 (Saba) - Deputy Director General of the Islamic Endowments in occupied Al-Quds, Sheikh Najeh Bakirat, confirmed that the blowing of the trumpet by the settlers is the first spark in the transfer of Islamic sanctity from Al-Aqsa Mosque, through which the enemy announces the beginning of preparations for building the temple.

The Palestine Today news agency quoted Sheikh Bakirat in press statements today, Sunday, as saying: “Blowing the trumpet is an authorization for the beginning of the project to build the alleged temple on the ruins of Al-Aqsa Mosque.”

He stressed that "Al-Aqsa Mosque cannot be divided into two or negotiated, and Al-Quds will remain the third metropolis of the Islamic world and the capital of the Palestinian people."

He explained that Al-Aqsa is in a new and very dangerous stage, indicating that the blowing of the trumpet today was accompanied by preventing women and men from entering the mosque, and serious security preparations.

He added: "It is expected that the enemy court will allow the order to blow the trumpet, as happened previously when it gave powers to hold prayers and other rituals."

He continued, saying: "There is a dangerous Zionist project for Al-Aqsa Mosque, and its ultimate goal is to establish the alleged temple."

He added: "What happened was a cry from Al-Aqsa Mosque calling: Wake up, O Muslims, for the Zionist enemy has declared war on you."

Sheikh Bakirat said: “What happened today is an assault on the nation’s faith, and if this Islamic nation does not move to stop the intrusions and developments taking place in our mosque, it has given up its sanctities and beliefs.”

He added: "We must not divert the compass from what the occupying entity is planning, and the matter has become completely clear to everyone who tried to reduce the importance and seriousness of the issue of the raids."

It is worth mentioning that Al-Aqsa Mosque witnessed a serious aggression today, with a settler blowing a trumpet in the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque, near the Bab Al-Rahma prayer hall.
