MOSCOW September 17. 2023 (Saba) - The Russian Defense Ministry has said that Russian air defense systems destroyed four more Ukrainian drones over the northwestern and eastern coasts of the Crimean Peninsula.
Sputnik quoted the ministry in a statement as saying “From 1:45 to 2:20 Moscow time, another terrorist attack launched by the Kiev regime on targets on the territory of the Russian Federation was thwarted.”
The statement added “ the air defense systems destroyed four Ukrainian drones over the northwestern and eastern coasts of the Crimean Peninsula.”
The Russian Ministry of Defense had previously announced that air defense systems destroyed two Ukrainian drones off the western coast of the Crimean Peninsula.
Russian Defense also announced that air defense systems destroyed a Ukrainian drone over the territory of the Istra region in the capital, Moscow.
