SANA'A September 16. 2023 (Saba) - The Governor of Sa'ada, Muhammad Awad, inaugurated the free field medical camp organized by the General Military Hospital in Sana’a, in partnership with the Sabafon Company in Saada, on the occasion of the anniversary of the Prophet’s birthday, 1445 AH.
The free medical camp, which will continue until the 12th of Rabi’ al-Awwal, includes examinations in clinics for all medical, surgical and internal specialties, and medical examinations of various kinds for free, in addition to performing major and minor surgeries.
The Governor of Sa'ada, accompanied by the Governor's Undersecretary for Services Affairs, Saleh Oqab, and the Governor's Advisor, Abdul Rahman Al-Sailami, from those in charge of the camp, listened to an explanation of the medical and health services that will be provided to alleviate the suffering of the people of the governorate.
Governor Awad praised the efforts of the General Military Hospital in establishing the free medical camp in the governorate coinciding with the Prophet’s birthday, appreciating the efforts of everyone who contributed, prepared and assisted in the success of such medical camps.
He called on citizens to seize the opportunity of the free medical camp that provides great free services next to the Square of the Great Prophet in the Gulfqan area and will continue until the twelfth of Rabi’ al-Awwal, calling on all bodies and institutions to follow the example of the military hospital in establishing such free medical camps.
While the director of the governorate's health office, Dr. Yahya Shaim, praised the efforts of the military hospital and the medical staff present in the free camp in providing medical services to the governorate, which needs support in all fields.
For his part, the director of the medical team, Alaa Al-Din Al-Habbari, explained that the services provided by the free medical camp in Sa'ada include clinics in all surgical and internal medical specialties, as well as providing medical examinations, television and digital x-rays, and providing minor and major surgical operations in all specialties, as well as brain and nerves, free of charge to all the people of Sa'ada province.
He called on the citizens of the governorate to seize the opportunity in the free field medical camp to treat them, pointing out that this is a great opportunity for the citizens because the camp provides the same services as the military hospital in Sana'a.
