BAGHDAD Aug. 24. 2023 (Saba) - The People's Mobilization Committee has announced the overthrow of an ISIS terrorist group in three provinces, with a qualitative operation.
The Iraqi News Agency (INA) quoted the commission in a statement, saying: "A qualitative operation was carried out at dawn today, Wednesday, which resulted in the overthrow of a terrorist group that included 11 elements of the remnants of the terrorist ISIS, according to Article Four of terrorism."
It added "The detainees were dealt with in accordance with legal and fundamental procedures and this achievement is added to the record of the achievements of the Popular Mobilization Forces in combating this terrorist organization."
