MOSCOW Aug. 21. 2023 (Saba) - Director of the press center of the "South" group of the Russian army, Vadim Astafyev announced on Tuesday that the Russian Air Force destroyed a train loaded with Western weapons at Mezhevaya station in Dnepropetrovsk province, central Ukraine.
The Russian Novosti news agency quoted Astafiev as saying that a precise missile strike carried out by the Air Force destroyed three locomotives that were loaded with ammunition, and ten other freight cars, and killed a large number of Kiev military personnel accompanying the shipment.
He added that the Russian forces bombed with "Tornado" missile launchers a fortified leadership gathering of the Kiev forces in the Novodmitrovka area in Donetsk.
