SANA'A July 11. 2023 (Saba)- His Excellency Field Marshal Mahdi Al-Mashat, Head of the Supreme Political Council, discussed today with the Governor of Al-Mahweet, Hanin Qattina, the situation in the province and its needs for service and development projects.
The meeting touched on aspects related to the level of general local and executive performance of the province during the current year, the plan of the local authority and the executive office for the next year 1445 AH, and priority projects in various fields, including water, roads, health and others.
In the meeting, President Al-Mashat stressed keenness to enhance the performance of the local authority and executive offices in the province and to implement service and development projects that alleviate citizens' suffering.
He also stressed the need for concerted efforts by all to overcome the challenges posed by the aggression and blockade and to work to strengthen the role of the local authority in providing the requirements of local and administrative development and public services.
The President urged to pay attention to the construction of barriers, dams, caravans and rainwater tanks, and to activate initiatives in the areas of roads and water, as they are general priorities.
