MOSCOW June 24. 2023 (Saba) - On Saturday, Russia's Defense Ministry announced the destruction of a winged British Storm Shadow missile depot near the western Ukrainian city of Khmelnitsky, striking two communications and reconnaissance centres with military airports in central Ukraine.
In a statement, Russian news agencies quoted the Ministry as saying: "The Russian Air Force has dealt a long-range precise blow to the Ukrainian Air Force's electronic reconnaissance and flight guidance centres at Kanatovo and Dnipr airports and all targets have been destroyed."
The statement added: "On June 23, in response to the Kiev forces' strike of the Chongar Bridge between Crimea and Kherson, a warehouse of British Storm Shadow missiles was destroyed by a Ukrainian air base near the village of Starukunstantinov, Khmelnitsky province, western Ukraine.
