OCCUPIED AL-QUDS June 22. 2023 (Saba) - The European Union expressed on Thursday its concern about the repeated settler attacks on Palestinian towns in the occupied West Bank and their setting fire to Palestinian property and vehicles.
In a statement carried by the Palestinian news agency (Safa), the EU also expressed its condemnation of settler violence across the West Bank, which led to indiscriminate and unacceptable acts of violence against Palestinian civilians and the destruction of their property.
It said that Israel is obligated to protect Palestinian civilians in the occupied territories.
On Wednesday, hundreds of extremist settlers attacked the village of Turmusaya, north of Ramallah, in the middle of the occupied West Bank, and fired live bullets, killing a citizen, injuring several others, and burning dozens of homes and vehicles.
