BERLIN June 20. 2023 (Saba) - German President Frank-Walter Steinmeier received on Monday Chinese Prime Minister Le Qiang, who is making his first visit abroad.
The German president said during the meeting with the Chinese official that "China is a partner for Germany and Europe, but it is also an increasingly opponent and competitor on the political scene."
The Chinese official confirmed that his country is ready to work with Germany to contribute to "global stability and prosperity," according to the new China News Agency.
Most governmental consultations will hold the adviser Olaf Scholz on Tuesday.
