MOSCOW March 29. 2023 (Saba) - For the first time since the beginning of the military operation in Ukraine, Russian air defenses have intercepted a ground-launched small-diameter missile known as the American-made GLSDB.
In its daily statement on the progress of the military operation, the Russian Ministry of Defense said "18 HIMARS missile launchers and another GLSDB guided missile were intercepted."
It is noteworthy that the long-range GLSDB missiles, with a range of 150 km, were included in the military aid package to Ukraine, which the United States announced at the beginning of last February.
Experts believe, according to the Russian agency "Sputnik", that this missile poses a serious threat because it is difficult to detect and intercept.
