MARIB March 17. 2023 (Saba) - The people of Hareeb Al-Qarameesh district in Ma'rib province implemented a community initiative to pave, expand and repair Naqil Al-Shuja' Road, eight kilometers long and four meters wide.
The initiative, with the participation of the residents of the district, includes paving and widening the road in cooperation with the local authority, the Bunyan Foundation and the Saba Agricultural Cooperative Society, and with the support of the Knights of Community Development in the district.
The importance of the road lies in linking the directorate with the Bani Hashish district in Sana'a, benefiting more than five thousand people.
The director of the Harib al-Qarameesh district, Sadiq Hisan, valued the community's efforts and level of interaction in implementing this initiative to compact, expand and repair the road, which benefits the people of the district and alleviates their suffering, in light of the continued aggression and siege.
In turn, a number of citizens affirmed their continued implementation of the initiatives, which began forty days ago, until the completion of the repair and expansion of the road within the framework of reviving the values of solidarity, and providing the community's service needs, with the help of its people, in order to achieve sustainable local development.
