AL-QUDS February 05. 2023 (Saba) - Al-Aqsa Mosque Speaker Sheikh Ikrima Sabri on Sunday affirmed the continuation of defending the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque and not giving up to the campaign of incitement of the Zionist enemy and its media against it.
Palestine Online quoted Sheikh Sabri in a press statement as saying The arrogance of the occupation and the threats of extremists will not weaken our position towards Al-Aqsa.
It added the campaign of incitement against us is expected, and it is an extension of organized campaigns aimed at distancing us from the Al-Aqsa cause.
It is noteworthy that the media of the Zionist enemy began Saturday morning a new incitement campaign against Sheikh Ikrima Sabri and the Zionist newspaper "Maariv" published on its front page a report targeting Al-Aqsa speaker, calling for his arrest in the prisons of the enemy.
The Supreme Islamic Commission in Jerusalem / al-Quds held the authorities of the Zionist enemy responsible for the incitement of the Zionist organizations and media against Sheikh Sabri, the speaker of the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque, warning of any danger that Sheikh Sabri might be exposed to, onsidering that harming him is an attack on the religious authority in Palestine.
