SANA'A January 02.2023 (Saba) - The Supreme Judicial Council on Monday discussed with Head of the Bar Association and members of the association the coordination and legal aspects to enhance the lawyers' role in achieving justice and contributing to the protection and defense of rights.
During the meeting, which was chaired by the Council’s Speaker, Judge Ahmed Yahya Al-Mutawakel, a mechanism was discussed to enhance integration between the state and society agencies in confronting aggression and working diligently and sincerely in applying the provisions of the law.
The Council directed the formation of a committee headed by the Minister of Justice, to address all problems that impede the progress of work.
