SANA'A January 01. 2023 (Saba) - Prime Minister Dr. Abdulaziz Saleh bin Habtoor affirmed that the Salvation Government is working at a high pace to implement its procedures, projects and executive programs for the national vision for building the modern Yemeni state.
Also,the implementation of projects related to this aspect in a way that serves the state's vision of creating an efficient administrative apparatus in all public service units that relies on the best administrative and oversight practices, not bound by bureaucratic procedures that limit the efficiency of its performance and the carrying out of its tasks and duties towards citizens.
That came during his meeting today with Deputy Prime Minister for National Vision Affairs - Head of the Executive Office of the Vision Department, Mahmoud Al-Junaid, Minister of Civil Service and Insurance Salim Al-Mughlis, and Secretary of the Supreme Political Council Dr. Yasser Al-Houri, where they discussed the plan of the Ministry of Civil Service and emphasized the importance of proceeding with administrative reforms.
Also,the implementation of projects related to this aspect in a way that serves the state's vision of creating an efficient administrative apparatus in all public service units that relies on the best administrative and oversight practices, not bound by bureaucratic procedures that limit the efficiency of its performance and the carrying out of its tasks and duties towards citizens.
The importance of reforming this sector was also emphasized, which is considered one of the most important tools for implementing the contents and objectives of the axis of institutional reform, organizational construction, and building and developing the capabilities of the workforce in state institutions, including business automation, which is considered among the urgent priorities and must be focused on within the path of implementing the vision.
Bin Habtoor praised the levels of performance and achievements achieved by the Executive Office of the National Vision Department in coordination with all state institutions, and the modern scientific methodology through which the office operates, including quarterly, semi-annual and annual follow-up and evaluation mechanisms for the level of implementation by all agencies of their respective activities in the context of implementation the vision.
