SANA'A December 08.2022 (Saba) -Speaker of the Parliament Yahya Al-Ra'i on Thursday sent a congratulatory cable to Speaker of the Parliament of Finland Matti Vehviläinen.
In the cable, Al-Ra'i expressed his congratulations to Vehviläinen on the occasion of his country's celebrations of the National Day.
