[04/ October/2022]
SANA'A October 4.2022 (Saba) –The head of the Judicial Council, Judge Ahmed Yahya Al-Mutawakel, urged the judges to redouble their efforts to expedite the settlement of disputes and achieve justice, following the example of the approach of the Greatest Messenger - may God’s prayers and peace be upon him and his family.

The head of the Judicial Council, during a festive event organized by the Commercial Division in the capital’s secretariat on Tuesday on the anniversary of the Prophet’s birthday, pointed to the military victories that Yemen achieved over the aggressors during the past eight years, thanks to adherence to the Muhammadan approach.

He noted the position of the wise leadership regarding the armistice and its emphasis on the necessity of lifting the siege, and that the revenues from oil wealth be harnessed to disburse salaries and meet the needs of the Yemeni people.

He said, "We must embody this occasion in our practical reality, so that the Messenger remains alive in our hearts, and present in our minds as a leader, teacher, educator and role model, and to be associated with the divine approach that God Almighty revealed to His Prophet."

During the event, which was attended by the head of the Judicial Inspection Authority, Judge Ahmed Al-Shahari, and the head of the Secretariat’s Court of Appeal, Judge Ahmed Al-Azani, the head of the first commercial division in the Secretariat, Judge Abdulaziz Najm Al-Din, indicated the court’s keenness on this great occasion to honor its distinguished employees in their work.
