GAZA, October 3.2022 (Saba) - The Islamic Jihad Movement in Palestine confirmed Monday that the resistance, primarily the armed resistance, is the right path and the only way to liberate the occupied Palestinian territory and its sanctities.
A statement by the movement on the seventh anniversary of al-Quds uprising, which coincides with the 22nd anniversary of the Al-Aqsa uprising, said: "The City of al-Quds and its Holy Mosque will remain the Centre of the conflict and cause, and we call on our resilient people in the West Bank and inside to continue travel for prayer to Al-Aqsa Mosque and Addressing systematic incursions and judaization by Zionist groups. "
The Movement stressed the need to work on a unified national programme based on resistance as a strategic option for restoring rights and confronting the Zionist enemy's agendas.
In its statement, Islamic Jihad Movement explained that the great achievements of the rounds of conflict, the latest of which was the battle for "Wehdat al-Sahat", the Battle of Saif al-Quds had confirmed the desirability of betting on the Palestinian people's unity, resilience and resistance, the revolution of engagement with the enemy, on lines of contact, in settlements and on the gates of Al-Aqsa.
And it considered falling into the quagmire of normalization with the Zionist enemy entity, a treacherous stab in the side of the Palestinian cause and rights... Calling the Arab peoples to awaken in the face of this conspiracy against the Palestinian people and their just cause.
