Director of Revolution Leader Office, Sana'a leadership, Zakat Authority visit injured in Hospital 48

SANA'A, 01 Oct. 2022 (Saba) - Safar Al-Sufi, the Director of Revolution Leader Office, Chairman of the General Authority for Zakat, Sheikh Shamsan Abu Nastan, the Secretary-General of Sana'a province, Abdul Qadir Al-Jilani, and the first representative of the province, Hamid Assem, visited on Saturday the wounded soldiers who receive medical care in the Model 48 Hospital.

During the visit, they were briefed on the conditions of the wounded and the extent of medical care they receive in the hospital departments and heard from the Director of the Medical Services Directorate - Director of 48 Hospital, Dr. Abdul Malik Al-Silami, an explanation of the level of follow-up of their health conditions and the provision of full medical care and treatment services to them.

The visitors, in the presence of the Governor’s advisor Abdullah Al-Murtada, and the directors of the office of the General Authority for Zakat, Abdul-Wahhab Al-Tuhaif and Health, Dr. Khaled Al-Muntasir, provided financial aid to the wounded provided by the Zakat Authority on the occasion of the anniversary of the Prophet’s birthday.

They praised the heroic roles they played on the fronts in defense of the homeland, its security and stability.

They considered visiting the wounded and inspecting their conditions in conjunction with the celebration of the birthday of the Greatest Messenger as the least that can be offered in loyalty to them and in gratitude for their sacrifices in the face of aggression, stressing the importance of giving them more medical care so that they recover and return to their families in good health.

The visitors also indicated that this visit comes within the framework of the concern of the revolutionary leadership and the Supreme Political Council of the wounded who sacrificed parts of their bodies in defense of land, honor and national sovereignty.

For their part, the injured expressed their gratitude to the Director of Revolution Leader Office and the leaderships of Sana'a province and the Zakat Authority for their visit.

The injured stressing that caring for the wounded enhances their morale and determination to make more sacrifices.

In addition, a meeting held at 48 Hospital, headed by the Director of Revolution Leader Office, and which included the President of the General Authority for Zakat, the Local Secretary General of Sana’a province and the First Undersecretary of th eprovince, discussed the progress of work in the hospital’s performance and services and its humanitarian contributions under the conditions of the current stage.

The meeting, which included Counselor Al-Murtada, directors of the health and zakat offices in the province, and the director of the hospital, Dr. Al-Silaimi, and his deputies dealt with from the needs of the hospital to meet the increasing pressure on its services and to provide the equipment and requirements that constitute an essential source of the hospital’s resilience and success.
The Director of Revolution Leader Office and the leadership of the Sana’a Governorate and Zakat praised the efforts of the Model 48 Hospital and the qualitative transfer that has been achieved in recent years in improving medical services, and the level of care to provide the best services to the sick and injured.
